System settings	Added "Automatically close account after full payment" setting. If this setting is selected, then upon full payment, the account automatically becomes "Closed"
System	Added a ban on closing a number that is not an active object (If the object is closed for making changes). Departed guests, canceled guests, and inactive cards of all types are considered inactive objects
